Derikar LLC sells automotive aftermarket products manufactured by third-party brands. Derikar does not manufacture the products sold on derikar.com.
1. Manufacturer Warranty
Product warranties, if available, are provided by the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor.
Warranty terms vary by brand and product. Warranty coverage may depend on product type, installation, use, registration, proof of purchase, vehicle application, and manufacturer requirements.
2. Warranty Approval
Warranty approval, repair, replacement, denial, or refund is controlled by the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor.
Derikar cannot guarantee warranty approval.
Some manufacturers or suppliers may require the customer to work directly with them. Some products may be repaired rather than replaced or refunded.
3. Warranty Request Process
To request warranty assistance, email support@derikar.com with:
- Order number
- Product name
- Brand
- Part number, if available
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Photos of installation, if relevant
- Vehicle year, make, model, trim, drivetrain, and modifications
- Any diagnostic information requested
We may request additional information before submitting a claim.
4. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage may be denied for reasons including but not limited to:
- Improper installation
- Incorrect application or fitment
- Vehicle modification conflicts
- Off-road use, racing, abuse, misuse, or neglect
- Accident damage
- Customer mishandling
- Alteration, cutting, wiring, painting, programming, or modification
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic wear
- Failure to follow manufacturer instructions
- Missing proof of purchase
- Claims submitted outside the warranty period
- Products not covered by manufacturer warranty
5. No Labor or Incidental Cost Coverage
Unless expressly provided by the manufacturer in writing, warranties do not cover:
- Labor
- Installation
- Removal
- Reinstallation
- Diagnostics
- Alignment
- Calibration
- Tuning
- Programming
- Towing
- Storage
- Vehicle downtime
- Loss of use
- Damage to other parts
- Shipping charges
- Incidental or consequential costs
6. Installed Products
Installed products may not be returnable under Derikar's Return & Refund Policy. If an installed product may be defective, the claim will generally be handled through the applicable warranty process.
7. Shipping for Warranty Claims
Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to warranty claims unless the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or Derikar approves otherwise in writing.
8. Final Decision
Warranty decisions are subject to manufacturer, supplier, distributor, and Derikar review. Derikar reserves the right to deny warranty assistance where the claim is incomplete, unsupported, outside the warranty period, excluded by the manufacturer, or otherwise ineligible.
