Product images may be representative and may not show the exact part, finish, contents, hardware, vehicle application, or included components.

4. Fitment Responsibility

Automotive fitment can be affected by vehicle year, make, model, trim, drivetrain, production date, engine, bed length, cab configuration, suspension setup, lift height, tire size, wheel offset, aftermarket modifications, and prior repairs.

Customers are responsible for confirming fitment before purchase and before installation.

Parts must be trial-fitted before installation. Installed, used, modified, painted, wired, cut, mounted, or damaged items are generally not returnable.

5. Orders and Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation. This confirmation means we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance, availability, pricing accuracy, or shipment.

Derikar reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, limit, or refund any order for any reason, including:

Product unavailability
Supplier or distributor stock changes
Pricing errors
Product data errors
Fitment concerns
Fraud risk
Payment issues
Shipping restrictions
MAP or manufacturer restrictions
Discontinued products
System or integration errors
Incorrect customer information

If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Prices, product availability, promotions, shipping costs, and product information may change without notice.

Derikar reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, cancel affected orders, or request confirmation before fulfilling an order impacted by a pricing, inventory, product data, or shipping error.

We do not guarantee that a listed product is available until the order is processed and confirmed through the supplier or distributor.

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and any other payment methods made available at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled due to payment issues, suspected fraud, verification requirements, chargebacks, or payment processor restrictions.

8. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Derikar is not responsible for carrier delays, supplier delays, weather delays, address errors, freight delays, or delivery issues outside our control.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or denied.

10. Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders may begin processing quickly after being placed.

Cancellation or change requests must be emailed to support@derikar.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes once an order has been submitted, processed, packed, shipped, staged, special ordered, or committed to a supplier.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Derikar does not manufacture the products sold on derikar.com.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product warranties are provided by the manufacturer or supplier, not Derikar. Warranty coverage, approval, repair, replacement, or denial is determined by the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Derikar disclaims all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Installation and Use

Many products sold by Derikar should be installed by a qualified professional.

Derikar is not responsible for:

Improper installation
Incorrect part selection
Failure to trial-fit before installation
Vehicle modifications affecting fitment
Damage caused during installation
Labor costs
Diagnostic costs
Removal or reinstallation costs
Alignment, calibration, tuning, or programming costs
Towing, storage, downtime, or loss of use
Injury, property damage, or vehicle damage resulting from installation or use

Customers are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, safety requirements, inspection requirements, emissions rules, and vehicle-use restrictions applicable to any product purchased.

13. Product Compliance

Some automotive parts may be intended for off-road, show, racing, or non-highway use only. Some products may not be legal for sale, installation, or use in certain states, counties, municipalities, or on public roads.

Customers are responsible for confirming whether a product is legal for their intended use and location.

Derikar does not guarantee that any product is legal for a particular customer's intended use, vehicle, jurisdiction, inspection requirement, or emissions requirement.

14. Manufacturer Rebates, Promotions, and Claims

Any manufacturer rebates, incentives, warranties, ratings, approvals, claims, or promotions are controlled by the applicable manufacturer. Derikar is not responsible for manufacturer rebate approval, processing, payment, expiration, denial, or changes.

Our website may include links to third-party websites, manufacturer pages, installation documents, product videos, financing providers, review tools, payment providers, shipping carriers, or other third-party services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, services, content, products, or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Derikar's total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Derikar LLC harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, violation of law, improper installation or use of products, inaccurate information you provide, or infringement of third-party rights.
